This week's Alabama's Own Artist of The Week is Demarious Cole. Smooth, transcendent, universal - all words used to describe Demarious Cole’s compelling mix of r&b, hip-hop, and pop music. Hailing from Huntsville, Al., his vocal talents and energetic performances have turned him into a heartthrob to those who witness his shows. Demarious' unforgettable performances have drawn comparisons to Usher and Chris Brown, but he brings his own flair to every show he performs and every song he writes.

Demarious uses each performance as building blocks for the next; they’re learning opportunities for his professional and personal growth. He’s performed in over 60 major cities across America including Atlanta, New Orleans, Houston and many others. Demarious has also opened for Chris Brown, Ludacris, the TGT tour (Tyrese, Ginuwine, and Tank), Kid Ink, Somo, and Mindless Behavior.
