Alexandria Washington was raised in Jacksonville, AR - graduating from North Pulaski High School and went on to earn her Bachelor Degree from The University of Alabama. She has gone on to work multiple networks such as BET, MTV, VH1 and many others and has interviewed a number of celebrities at every award show under the sun. Washington got her start while in college at 90.7 The Capstone. Upon graduation, she was hired in local news as a social media reporter. While during the news, she secured an on air position at STREETZ 101. Shortly after, she moved to Cumulus' Power92 Jams - where she became #1 rated urban weekend show in her market. In 2016, Washington took her talents to Hollywood, California as a news reporter for entertainment company, TMZ. After a year of experience, Washington wanted to return to her first love - radio at 95.7 JAMZ in Birmingham. Shortly after, she was found discovered on Instagram and hired by Radio One Charlotte as the night on air talent. She also was employed by FOX46 as a Features/Entertainment reporter. After six months of record breaking ratings, Ally moved to Detroit as the “Daytime Queen” Monday-Friday from 10A-2P with the #1 urban midday show in the market, #2 overall. With her social media influence growing with over 100 thousand followers, views and insights, Ally is on her way to becoming a household brand in the entertainment industry.
