Black Warrior Brewing Company to Host Sushi Class Tuesday, December 3

Learn how to roll your own sushi at Black Warrior Brewing Company. Birmingham Sushi Class will host a two-hour class beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 3rd, and those who attend will learn all the essential knowledge and skills necessary to create and serve sushi with confidence. In this two hour, hands-on class, we'll teach you to make perfect sushi rice, how to make all of your favorite sushi sauces (from eel sauce to BangBang & more), where to shop/what to buy and how to safely serve raw fish at home with confidence, according to health department standards. You'll get two rolls to eat (we make one, you make the other) and a take home cheat sheet filled with tips, tricks and recipes! We’ve taught over 11k people how to make sushi at home; you’re next!
