Central High School to Host Annual C-Day August 18th
Central High School is gearing up for another exciting school year and football season.
The Falcon's C-Day event has become something Tuscaloosa residents on the west side look forward to as it gives the community an opportunity to engage with not only the football team and coaches but student-athletes and coaches from Central High School and also Westlawn Middle School.
C-Day is a free annual community event and will take place on August 18th at the Central High School football field starting at 5 pm.
Those in attendance will be in for an evening of fun. The event will feature food vendors, plenty of games for all to enjoy as well as bounce houses inside the C-Day fun zone.
There will also be a Red and White scrimmage game played on the field at 6 pm.
In addition to all the fun, you'll also have the opportunity to be introduced to the Western cluster youth league programs. This is an excellent way to get your child involved in some great programs.
As a past attendee of Central's C-day, I can truly say seeing all the kids run around and enjoy the fun and good energy at the event s a sight to see. There's no reason for anyone on the west end of Tuscaloosa to miss this completely free event.
For any questions about this event, you're being asked to contact the Central High School at (205) 759-3720.
