Thanksgiving is officially over. The temperatures are dropping even more, which means it's officially that season. Not just the season for Santa Claus to come rushing down the chimney, not just the season for the West Alabama Christmas Parade, which happens this evening, at 6 pm by the way.

It's that season to begin the College Football Playoffs, but mainly the playoff bracket. This causes so much drama and debate. Just when you thought it couldn't be any more controversial than the year that Florida State University was left out of the playoffs after being undefeated. The committee has done the unthinkable, and it's causing a lot of debate online.

After the University of Alabama lost to Florida State in the season opener this year, a lot of people questioned whether the team was the same team as we've had in the past.
Well, of course, not for different players, different coaching staff, different recruiting, and plenty of other factors that factor into this squad not being the same team.
Well, even with three losses on the books, the University of Alabama made it into the college football playoffs as the only team with more than 2 losses.
But that's not the biggest story.
James Madison and Tulane both got in. Do you think this was deserved? Is the CFP system still as flawed as the past?
Is college football better off without the system? I can't even begin to guess what should be better, but seeing all the discourse online does not rethink it.
How could this system be better?
Do head-to-head matchups still matter? Do conference championships need to matter more or less?
