Crash Involving Commercial Vehicles Causes Lane Closure on U.S 82

According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, A single-vehicle crash involving a commercial vehicle has caused a lane closure. The crash occurred at approximately 1:23 p.m. Thursday, Sept.12.

The eastbound lanes of U.S. 82 near the 37 mile marker in Tuscaloosa County are currently blocked and will be for an undetermined amount of time.

Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division are currently on scene investigating and will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates accordingly.
