The college football season has officially ended in Tuscaloosa, but fans have plenty of former Crimson Tide players to root for in the NFL. One of the most iconic running backs for Alabama and the NFL could soon see changes in his future.

Week 18 of the NFL recently came to a close and it's very possible that Derrick Henry could've played his last game for the Tennessee Titans and possibly the NFL.

"I just want to say thank you for the greatest 8 years of my life the ups and the downs, ya'll be there through everything through the adversity, watching me grow as a person and a player, always supporting me. I love ya'll, I love seeing the 22s in the stadium," Henry said as he addressed fans from the field after the Titans' 28-20 victory against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

"Hopefully, I was an inspiration to all the young kids and everybody in the community," Henry continued. "Thank ya'll so much. God is good. Titan up baby! "

This offseason, Derrick Henry's contract with the Titans is set to expire and it's rumored that the team may move on from their veteran Running back during their season of rebuilding. It's highly unlikely that Henry won't be picked up by another NFL team this off-season with his amazing career so far, and his outstanding performance in week 18.

With all that said, it's not impossible. We've seen some wild things happy in the NFL with free agents.

It's been a great 8 years for Derrick Henry in Tennessee and we hope to see more from him in the NFL. Especially after Henry just claimed the top spot on Alabama's NFL rushing yards leaderboard.
