J – Joyride Tuscaloosa; nine times out of ten while on the UA campus, you have seen the Joyride of Tuscaloosa zip past. There might have been some sorority girls wrapped in a blanket drinking their high-priced latte’s or folks trying to cut down their steps to the stadium. Lord knows I’m thankful for them.

K – Kentuck Art Center and Festival; technically on the Tuscaloosa and Northport line, but everyone in West Alabama loves it. The artist in me couldn’t leave it off the list.

S – Stillman College; an outstanding historically black college right in our city which was founded in 1876.

T – Tuscaloosa River Walk; this is where you can take a stroll along the Black Warrior River's southern bank. Gorgeous views!
