Former Alabama and current Chicago Bears safety Eddie Jackson is one of the most dynamic players in the NFL. Jackson leads the NFL in defensive touchdowns since he entered the league in 2017 and is one of the highest paid safeties in the league. The former Bama star is taking on a new challenge this offseason.

Jackson is partnering with PLB Sports and Entertainment to release a line of cereal that will benefit Jackson's charity, the Remain to Reach Foundation. Alabama fans will find it tough to support Jackson's project as the cereal will be available at Mariano's Market, a supermarket chain in the Chicago area.

The Remain to Reach Foundation is Jackson's charity that he started in 2018. Its goal is inspire and provide resources to at-risk children and youth who have run into trouble with the law.

“I grew up in a challenging situation, and I saw many friends go through unimaginable things.  I feel blessed to have ended up where I am today – in the NFL – but that is not the story for so many kids who grow up in at-risk situations. Through Remain to Reach I hope to connect with as many of those kids as possible, and remind them that there is hope and that they have to make the most of their second chances," says Jackson on the foundation's website.

Jackson hosted a charity softball game in 2019 for his foundation, featuring the offense and defense of the Chicago Bears, this cereal will be his next project to impact the community through his charity.
