It's mid-October and there is a Frost Advisory for parts of our coverage areas.

The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued this FROST ADVISORY for Blount, Calhoun, Cherokee, Cleburne, Etowah, Marion, St. Clair, Talladega, Walker, and Winston counties in Central Alabama.  This advisory is from Saturday 1 am until Saturday at 8 am.

For those traveling early on Saturday morning, I wanted you to have a heads up that the National Weather Service Huntsville also has a FROST ADVISORY from Saturday 1 am until Saturday at 8 am. Those counties include Colbert, Jackson, Lauderdale, Limestone, and Madison counties in North Alabama.

Overnights, we are looking at clear skies with a low around 40. North wind around five mph. Saturday, you can expect an sunny day with a high near 74 degrees.
