Kentuck Hosting Free Holiday Art Market in Tuscaloosa
Kentuck Arts Center has been holding down the arts scene in West Alabama for years, and if you know anything about this place, you know it is more than a gallery. It is a creative hub. It is a gathering spot. It is one of those places where you feel the culture the moment you walk in.
Known across the country for the Kentuck Festival of the Arts, the center has built a reputation for uplifting local artists, hosting hands on workshops, and giving West Alabama a space where creativity feels real and accessible for everybody.
That same energy is pulling up for the holidays.
Kentuck’s Art Market Holiday Extravaganza is happening December 13, 2025 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Kentuck at Queen City located at 1901 Jack Warner Parkway.
It is completely free to attend, open to all ages, and created to help you step straight into the holiday spirit. Imagine walking into a room full of festive cheer, talented local artists, and unique gifts that have real heart behind them. These are the kinds of gifts you cannot grab off a shelf anywhere else.

On top of all the shopping and good vibes, Kentuck has a few extra treats lined up. Guests can warm up at the hot cocoa bar and enjoy live holiday entertainment throughout the afternoon. At 1 p.m., the Rude Mechanicals will lead a Christmas singalong that is sure to bring back memories.
Then at 4 p.m., they return for a staged reading of Charles Dickens “A Christmas Carol,” adding a classic touch to the celebration. If you want holiday spirit with real hometown charm, Kentuck is the place to be.
