I Dream Big Charter School Hosting Girls Basketball Tryouts

Girls interested in joining the I Dream Big Charter School basketball program will soon have the opportunity to earn their spot on the court.

The school is inviting rising seventh through ninth grade students to attend Lady Lions basketball tryouts on Tuesday, June 30, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the YMCA of Tuscaloosa.

School leaders encourage any student with an interest in basketball to participate, whether they have previous playing experience or are looking to compete at the next level.

Students planning to attend are asked to complete their student-athlete information before tryouts by scanning the QR code on the event flyer or submitting their information through the provided online form.

The tryouts are part of I Dream Big Charter School's continued effort to build its athletics program and provide student-athletes with opportunities to develop their skills, compete and represent the Lady Lions during the upcoming season.
