I Recently Tried Sea Moss Gel And I Love It

I've heard over the last few years about a natural superfood that has so many health benefits. It may surprise you but people around the world,  and more recently the United States, are consuming sea moss to get its multiple health benefits.

I first heard of people consuming sea moss from Dr. Sebi. I'm not a regular consumer of his products, but I am very aware of his teachings. It's a kind of red algae that grows on the Atlantic coastlines of North America, Europe, and the Caribbean Islands. According to Detox & Cure, sea moss has a long list of health benefits. The list includes immunity boosts, digestive benefits, metabolism regulation, energy boosts,  improving emotional health, promotes healthy skin, nails, and hair, helps promote healthy libido and stimulation. The list goes on and as I continue to research, I find more benefits. One of the most important benefits of sea moss to me is the nutrients it contains. Sea moss contains 92 of the trace minerals found in the human body. Studies show that the human body contains 102-103 minerals and sea moss gives back well over half of those minerals. That's enough for me to want to consume it.

Sea moss is pretty tasteless. While looking for great natural foods to boost my immune system and get vitamins in the midst of this COVID-19 pandemic, I figured I'd try Sea moss. I consumed it in gel form which it's a whole process to get it from its original state to the gel form. I don't know how to do it but there are plenty of Youtube tutorials if you'd like to learn. This is my first-day eating sea moss gel and I can already tell you I feel a major boost in my energy. I can't wait to see how I feel in the coming days and weeks after eating sea moss.

Would you ever try sea moss? Have you been using it for a long time? Let me know on Facebook @BigDawgDreDay.
