Alabama will face the winner of No. 16 Texas A&M Corpus Christi vs No. 16 Southeast Missouri State. The Islanders and Redhawks will play in the "First Four" round in Dayton, Ohio on Tuesday, March 14.

The Tide can't look past any team in the NCAA Tournament, but we can as we examine the South bracket. The 8/9 matchup of Maryland vs West Virginia presents Alabama with a potentially dangerous second round matchup.

Should Alabama make it out of Birmingham and into the Sweet 16 a potential matchup against No. 4 Virginia or No. 5 San Diego State stands in its way. No. 2 Arizona and No. 3 Baylor are also in the South bracket and could potentially be matched up with Alabama in the Elite 8.

The Crimson Tide finish the regular season and SEC Tournament 29-5. Four of the teams that were fortunate enough to defeat Alabama are in the tournament, with only Oklahoma missing the Big Dance. UCONN received a No. 4 seed in the West, Gonzaga received a No. 3 seed in the West, Tennessee received a No. 4 seed in the East and Texas A&M received a No. 7 seed in the Midwest.

The stage is set for all 68 teams in the NCAA Tournament. The Alabama Crimson Tide earned the No. 1 overall seed for the first time in school history and is now six wins away from winning the first national championship in school history.
