TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – After an impressive season that saw them finish No. 6 in the USA Softball and Softball America polls and No. 8 in the NFCA coaches poll and DI Softball rankings, the Alabama Crimson Tide softball team is gearing up to start their fall schedule. With high expectations, the Tide will take to the field at Rhoads Stadium on Sunday, October 13, for a doubleheader against Itawamba Community College, starting at 1:30 p.m. CT.

Alabama will continue their fall slate with two more doubleheaders the following weekend. The team will face West Alabama on Friday, October 18, at 5 p.m. CT, and Stillman College on Sunday, October 20, at 1:30 p.m. CT. These matchups will provide an opportunity for the Crimson Tide to showcase their depth and talent as they prepare for the upcoming season.

Head coach Patrick Murphy is enthusiastic about the fall schedule and the chance to see his team in action. “We are excited to get back on the field and compete,” Murphy said. “The fall slate is a great opportunity for us to evaluate our players and build chemistry as we prepare for the spring season.”
