The first Southeastern Conference injury report for Saturday's matchup between No. 10 Alabama and No. 16 Vanderbilt has been released. As protocol dictates, one is to be released on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and 90 minutes before kickoff for all SEC matchups.

Here is Wednesday's report:

Alabama: 

OUT: 

LB Qua Russaw: The redshirt sophomore will be out for an extended period of time after suffering a broken foot in Alabama's 24-21 win over the Georgia Bulldogs on Sep. 27.

LB Jah-Marien Latham: The sixth-year veteran will miss the remainder of the season after suffering a neck injury during practice leading up to Alabama's SEC opener against Georgia (Sep. 23).

DL Jeremiah Beaman: The redshirt freshman suffered a knee injury during practice on Sep. 3 and will miss the remainder of the season.

OUT - 1st half: 

DL James Smith: He will miss the first half after being flagged for targeting on a tackle on Georgia running back Chauncey Bowens in the second half of last Saturday's matchup, with 7:51 left in the third quarter.

Vanderbilt:
