The second round of the NFL Draft is in full swing, and the Alabam Crimson Tide have already had a flurry of players selected over the first 50 picks. The Tide in the second round was kicked off at No. 41 with the New Orleans Saints selecting Alabam CB Kool-Aid McKinstry.

Dallas Turner was the first Alabam edge rusher taken in the 2024 NFL Draft. Now, his counterpart has also heard his name called.

With the No. 57 overall pick in the 20245 NFL Draft, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have selected Alabama edge rusher Chris Braswell.

In 2023, Braswell got his first chance to start and took advantage of the opportunity. He totaled 43 tackles, eight sacks, three forced fumbles, one pick, five quarterback hurries, and one pass breakup.

Braswell's best ball appears to be ahead of him and he will now join Vita Vea on a Bucs defensive front that already is one of the most feared in the league.
