Former Alabama quarterback Bryce Young has signed his rookie contract with the Carolina Panthers, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

"Source: No. 1 overall pick Bryce Young and the Panthers reached agreement on a four-year, fully-guaranteed, $37.9 million contract," tweeted Schefter.

Young was drafted as the No. 1 overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft after spending three seasons at the Capstone.

During his Tide tenure, he went 624-of-949 for 8,356 yards, 20 touchdowns, and 12 interceptions, as well as 139 rush attempts for 162 yards and seven touchdowns.

He is projected to be the starting quarterback in ESPN's Panthers Depth Chart.
