Saban Featured in VRBO Commercial

A popular vacation rental website recently revealed a fun commercial featuring a familiar face to many Crimson Tide fans.

Former Crimson Tide Head Coach Nick Saban appeared as a rental home owner in Vrbo's new commercial.

This is not Saban's first rodeo when it comes to commercials. Through the years, Saban has been featured in Little Debbie, Aflac, Coca-Cola, and ESPN's College Gameday.

The commercial starts off with a family of four arriving at a house, only to find Saban waiting for them with a disappointing look. Saban scolds the family for their tardiness while discussing the rules of his house and even appears in a hot tub with a couple. The most interesting part of the commercial is Saban driving a lawnmower while the family is eating breakfast on the patio.

In 1995, Vacation Rentals By Owner (Vrbo) was founded by connecting homeowners with families looking for a place to stay. Since then, they have evolved into a trusted global holiday brand with a diverse portfolio of over 2 million complete houses across the world. Vrbo prioritizes diversity and inclusion because they believe family is everything.

Vrbo is no stranger to the college football scenery. They have sponsored the Citrus and Fiesta Bow in recent seasons.

Saban will continue his appearances as an anaylst for ESPN on College Gamedays. Saban will also lend his expertise across ESPN's platforms to a variety of events, including the NFL draft and SEC media days.

Saban won 201 games while coaching the Crimson Tide over 17 seasons. This ties Vance Dooley for the second-most wins at a single school in SEC history. Second only to Bear Bryant, who won 232 games in 25 seasons with Alabama.

Alabama opens its 2024 season this Saturday at home against Western Kentucky The Crimson Tide will play its first season without former head coach Nick Saban since 2007.
