Alabama Star Ryan Williams Controversial “Kill Everybody” Message
Here we go.
Overreaction Monday in the sports world.
Alabama won 41-34 in a huge game with #2 Georgia and I spent most of the weekend defending WR Ryan Williams to folks around the country.

Williams makes one of the biggest and best plays by any Alabama receiver and the story seems to focus on his eye paint.
"KILL EVERYBODY" was written under his eyes.
Fox News did a story about it. Social media explodes with opinions and negative comments directed at Williams.
I read one comment that said he should be "kicked off the team" over this eye paint.
It was done in the movie "The Program" about college football years ago.
Sports culture has tons of these types of sayings in it and has for decades.
Ryan Williams, in my experiences with him, is a humble, down to earth young man.
He's also 17.
That matters.
I am convinced this is an overreaction based on any number of factors.
Some people just hate anything Alabama and are gonna try and jump on anything they think is a negative.
This doesn't deserve the negative attention it has gotten.
This is a special and good kid, in my opinion.
We are very blessed to have him in an Alabama uniform.
