Some people just have a certain skill for it...but some people, LIKE ME, just don't have the patience.

Nevertheless, for all those folks hunting for second-hand deals, Alabama's got several places to look.

One of these places is the Collinsville Trade Day Flea Market.

Considered one of the South's largest outdoor markets, Collinsville Trade Day covers 65 acres.

Open every Saturday 4:30 a.m to 2 p.m., the market offers bargain-priced produce, glassware, crafts, apparel and more.

Another good spot for deals is Unclaimed Baggage in Scottsboro.

Reselling items found in left-behind suitcases, Unclaimed Baggage is a great place for deals (I did actually get some shoes there one time).

Some of the notable finds include ancient a space shuttle camera and an ancient Egyptian burial mask.

But when all else fails, you've still got your local thrift store.

And for Emmali Osterhoudt, visiting the Goodwill in Birmingham led to a HUGE find. When hunting for some picture frames, she happened to spot a nice wedding dress for only $25.

A great deal, right? Even more than you would think. Here's what Osterhoudt had to say about it on TikTok:

You heard that right, she discovered that the original price of the dress was $6,200--and she got it for $25!

Osterhoudt's research revealed that the piece is a Galia Lahav dress, a designer brand that's been worn by celebrities like Beyonce and Paris Hilton.

She does not plan on re-selling on the dress, but instead saving it for her wedding day whenever that comes around.

"I really don't know how I got so lucky," Osterhoudt said. "But I would like to say thank you to the girl who donated it to Goodwill, because it made my whole entire year."
