The American Heart Association is offering blood pressure kits at community locations across six Alabama counties.

These kits are available for checkout for up to two weeks and include everything needed to monitor blood pressure at home.

Bibb County- Brent Centerville Public Library
Fayette County- Fayette County Library
Greene County- Community Center
Hale County- Clipper King Barbershop
Pickens County- Pickens Primary Care
Sumter County- Public Library
Perry County- C.H. O. I. C. E.
Cobb County- Public Library
