In my opinion, we needed a great hot dog place.

Now, we have The Original Hot Dog Factory, from Atlanta, open in Tuscaloosa.

It's located on Hwy 69 South, in the Engelwood Village shopping center, near Winn-Dixie.

I had to try it before getting the word out about the Original Hot Dog Factory, and I was very pleased.

First of all, the menu has many, many, many selections and choices of gourmet hot dogs. You need to know that it will take a moment to take it all in and make the best decision.

The Chicago Dog was my first choice, and it was made just like it should be, loaded with sport peppers, mustard and celery salt.

I also had a chili dog, loaded up, and it was right on point.

It's about time we have a great hot dog place in Tuscaloosa. This place, The Original Hot Dog Factory, is off to a great start.

They have a vast menu with sandwiches and burgers available in addition to a large variety of plump, juicy hot dogs.
