Kiwanis Club to Host 47th Pancake Day at Tuscaloosa’s Central High Saturday
The Kiwanis Club of Tuscaloosa will return to Central High School on Saturday and spend the morning there making and serving flapjacks at their 47th Annual Pancake Day.
The fundraiser is the Club's biggest event of the year, and the proceeds help the Kiwanis Club support a wide variety of Tuscaloosa-area child and youth programs and nonprofits.

The griddle will be hot and pancakes served from 7 a.m. until noon Saturday - tickets are $6 in advance from members of the Kiwanis or Key Club, or available for $10 at the door Saturday morning.
You can get an order to go, but dining in the Central High School Cafeteria at 905 15th Street offers an all-you-can-eat experience and fun with other community members including balloons & face painting for the kids, door prizes, special guests, celebrity chefs, and live music."
Some of the organizations that receive help from the Club include Reading Allies, Schoolyard Roots, the West Alabama Food Bank, the Tuscaloosa County Spelling Bee, Circle K, the Key Club, the Special Olympics, Camp Smile-a-Mile, Tuscaloosa's One Place, United Cerebral Palsy of West Alabama, the Children’s Hands on Museum, the Kristen Amerson Youth Foundation, the Boy & Girl Scouts of America, Freedom Farm and Turning Point.
Don't miss the 47th Annual Kiwanis Pancake Day this Saturday from 7 a.m. until noon in the Central High School Cafeteria!
