Jalen Hurts Files for New Merchandise Trademark
It looks like Jalen Hurts is intending on dropping some new heat sometime in the near future.
The current Philadelphia Eagles and former Alabama and Oklahoma quarterback recently filed a new trademark application, looking to trademark the phrase “Hurts So Good.”
On the United States Patent and Trademark Office website, it appears the phrase is intended to be used on goods like “men's, women's, and children's clothing, namely shirts, jackets, sweatshirts, pants, shorts, vests, gloves, socks, sweaters, underwear, skirts, hats, and belts.”
Not only has he been making plays on the field in his young pro career, but off the field Hurts has been making waves with his style and pregame outfits, so a merchandise line with his own brand will almost certainly turn heads.
We may see some teammates of Hurts, such as Crimson Tide teammate DeVonta Smith and recent acquisition and close friend A.J. Brown, repping the “Hurts So Good” brand in the future. Additionally, I’m sure many Alabama fans will be interested to pick up the merch of a fan-favorite player from the Capstone.
