Members of Machine Gun Kelly's team are in legal trouble.

According to Georgia's Fulton County Sheriff's Office records, the rapper's crew members Brandon Allen and John Cappelletty were arrested on Tuesday (Oct. 15) after beating up Ozark actor Gabriel "G-Rod" Rodriguez in September of 2018. They were both charged with misdemeanor battery causing substantial physical harm.

The charges stem from a 2018 incident in which the two men allegedly attacked Rodriguez in the lobby of a Hampton Inn in Atlanta. As captured on surveillance video, Rodriguez was body-slammed to the ground and pummeled by several men.

Initially, the altercation was sparked when Rodriguez approached MGK at a bar and verbally accosted him for dissing Eminem's family during their rap feud. "I'm gonna say it because it has to be said, you're a pussy for going for family," Rodriguez said in a video prior to the incident.

Rodriguez claimed that MGK's bodyguards followed him to the Hampton Inn across the street and assaulted him in the lobby. The beating left the actor with multiple facial bruises. Rodriguez has reportedly filed a lawsuit against Machine Gun Kelly, but he says he will drop the charges if the rapper will agree to fight him in the octagon. "I will drop the lawsuit if we both sign waivers and meet in an octagon and go man-to-man without goons or weapons," the actor said in a follow-up video.

As for Allen and Cappelletty, they were released after each posted $2,000 bond. Machine Gun Kelly has not issued a statement regarding the arrest of the two men.
