New Info On Timeline And Expanded Threat Level

The National Weather Service has made some updates to the timing and expanded the threat level areas.  All of our listening areas for our Townsquare Media Radio stations are under an “Enhanced Risk” level.  The timeline has been adjusted again, from Monday 5 p.m. until Tuesday at 7 a.m.  Our area will be mainly focused between the hours of Monday, 5 p.m. until Tuesday at Midnight. Also, the Storm Prediction Center does list West Alabama and parts of Mississippi and Louisiana to have higher tornado potential

Enhanced Risk does call for Tornadoes, Damaging winds up to 70 mph and quarter-sized hail.

Slight Risk gives the outlook for the possibility of Tornadoes, Damaging winds up to 60 mph, and quarter-sized hail.
