New POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS SITUATION TORNADO WATCH Issued for West Alabama Until 3AM
The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued a new Potentially Dangerous Situation Tornado Watch for our area in effect until 3 a.m. A PDS Tornado Watch is the highest threat level issued within the NWS advance advisories.
The new watch was issued in advance of a second round of storms expected to bring damaging straight-line winds and strong tornadoes to the area. You can view the details of the watch HERE.
