Northport’s Groove & Grub Happens Tonight
Northport is partnering with DCH's Health and Wellness Initiative bringing it to you in your own backyard with the Groove and Grub Summer '23 concert series.
This three-part series was first supposed to start on May 18, but got canceled due to weather conditions. The previous Groove and Grub was held on June 8 and was a great opportunity for the community to come together to enjoy live music and local food trucks.

This event also gives people the option to bring their kids out to have fun while still enjoying themselves among other adults.
"Northport City Council is really wanting to get to City moving," said Northport City Councilman Woodrow Washington.
"We are very excited for Groove and Grub. We want to get people out into the community, socializing and enjoying good music and good food, friends, and family."
Groove and Grub will be held today, July 13 from 6 to 9 p.m. at Riverside Track, located at 1400 3rd Street.
Families will be able to enjoy live musical performances, line dancing, and a live DJ.
The live entertainment for July 13th includes:
6 - 7 p.m. | D2 Line Dancing & The Big Dawg Dre Day
7 - 8 p.m. | Nimiwari Music
8 - 9 p.m. | Tarred & Feathered
Families can also enjoy food from popular food trucks in the area that will be on site.
