While living in Florida, I came across a vegan restaurant inside of a gas station.

Shocked wasn't the word to describe my face when I finally saw the location of this restaurant I've heard so much about.

It was bad enough that it was vegan food and at this point, I was nowhere near being a vegan.

The pictures I saw of the food that came from this place didn't look vegan or like it was made inside a gas station.

They specialized in Caribbean food that was all vegan and man was it good!

That restaurant taught me a few things. the first was that vegan food can taste really good. the second and most important lesson was that great food could come from a gas station.

It seems like there's a gas station in Alabama that's making noise amount residents.

If there's one thing I've learned about Alabamians it's that they love cajun food and this Alabama gas station is said to have some of the best.
