T.I. thinks he needs to redeem himself after dealing with his former artist Iggy Azalea.

In an interview with The Root published on Wednesday (Oct. 9), Tip admits that he's on the hunt to discover a new talented female with bars so that he can undo the "blunder" of his former artist Iggy. He says that, to this day, the Australian rapper's career is essentially a stain on his legacy as a label executive in the music industry.

“I’m still actively looking for another female rapper who can undo the blunder of Iggy Azalea,” Tip told The Root. “That is the tarnish of my legacy as far as [being] a [music] executive is concerned. To me, this is like when Michael Jordan went to play baseball.”

T.I. attempts to find her during his time on Netflix's Rhythm + Flow alongside Chance The Rapper and Cardi B. All three rappers act as judges who are out to find the best MC in cities across the country.

The Grand Hustle CEO's pivot away from the "Fancy" rapper isn't necessarily news. The two haven't worked together in several years since she cut all ties with him and Grand Hustle in 2015. Tip first recruited the Aussie spitta to his imprint in 2011 shortly after she dropped her debut mixtape, Ignorant Art.

Contrary to what Tip thinks, the former XXL Freshman believes the Atlanta rapper has more severe "blunders" to worry about. Iggy recently hit up her Twitter account to express how she feels about Tip's comments.

“Imagine thinking I was his biggest blunder lmaooooooooo. Tip. Sweetie. We have a whole list for you,” Iggy tweeted then deleted.
