It's graduation season in T-Town! Tuscaloosa City Schools will hold a celebration today, May 6th, honoring the Top Ten students in graduating classes at several high schools within Tuscaloosa.
Tuscaloosa City Schools is going all out for these students. The scholars will receive their academic medallions, a bouquet of balloons, and a cookie tray courtesy of the Tuscaloosa Education Foundation. You'd think all of these awesome gifts would be enough, but TCS is doing it big. These top ten students will also get special yard signs, and a mini photoshoot with their families. Each graduating class top ten will be honored on the lawn of there respective high schools. Talk about leaving high school with a bang!
Today, Tuscaloosa City Schools will be at three different high school celebrating top ten students. Paul W. Bryant High School at 1p, Central High School at 2p, then to Northridge High School at 3p. The celebrations happening today will only be the start of TCS honoring seniors in Tuscaloosa City Schools. Next week, be on the look out for digital billboards displaying graduates around Tuscaloosa.
