Tuscaloosa Ham & Sweet Tea Giveaway Was A Huge Success! 

Christmas is right around the corner and we teamed up with Child Abuse Prevention Services Of Tuscaloosa to give back to our community!

A HUGE shoutout goes to Buffalo Rock, Crawford Insurance, South’s Finest Meats, & Child Abuse Prevention Services of TTown for spreading some well needed holiday cheer. Earlier today we partnered with them to give away hams and gallons of tea to our Tuscaloosa listeners. We had music, provided by me The Big Dawg DreDay, and so many cars in line to grab some food and drinks.

The look on people's faces as they drove away was priceless. With so much going on in the world, we all need some holiday cheer. Not to mention, a lot of us are still going through financial hardships due to COVID-19.

I had so much fun playing Christmas music and seeing the CAPS Tuscaloosa team and other volunteers give out food, drinks, and of course dance! Whenever I'm the DJ, there will always be dancing involved!

Thanks to Lisa, Phyllis, and the whole CAPS Tuscaloosa team for spreading holiday cheer today in our community. I think this is something we should do again, especially since we want out of food within the first 30 minutes! People were lined up all the way to the street before we could even begin to hand out the first ham.
