According to information released by Temporary Emergency Services, participants in the program will work 20 hours per week Monday through Thursday over a seven week period running from June 8 through July 31.

Participants selected for the program will earn $13.25 per hour while gaining job experience during the summer.

The organization says the program is designed to provide young people with opportunities to build work skills, responsibility and professional experience while helping prepare them for future careers.

The deadline to apply for the summer jobs program is May 25, 2026 at 5 p.m.

Applications can reportedly be completed online through the Temporary Emergency Services website.
