UCP of West Alabama and Del Ray Farms will be supplying hydroponic lettuce to prominent partners, including DCH Regional Medical Center and Tuscaloosa City Schools. The initiative highlights a strong commitment to promoting healthy eating and environmental sustainability within the area.

The Alabama One Aspire Foundation has significantly contributed to the success of this project by offering vital transportation support. With a generous grant from the foundation, buses have been designated to ensure that the fresh lettuce reaches local high schools and medical facilities, making nutritious food more accessible to those in need.
