YoungBoy Never Broke Again, YK Osiris, Wale and More: New Projects This Week

YoungBoy Never Broke Again is back with the new mixtape AI YoungBoy 2. The Baton Rouge, La. rapper puts out his first official project of the year and first offering since he was involved in a fatal shooting back in May and spent three months in jail on a probation violation. The latest release serves as the sequel to his 2017 mixtape of the same name. The new version contains 18 tracks. Short on features, the only guest appearances come from NoCap and Quando Rondo on the song "Outta Here Safe."

Wow… That’s Crazy is the latest album from Wale. The veteran MC’s sixth solo album features the singles “Poledancer” with Megan Thee Stallion and the Jeremih-assisted “On Chill,” which has so far peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard Mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop chart. Ari Lennox, Jacquees, Lil Durk, Bryson Tiller, Kelly Price and 6lack also make guest appearances throughout the G.O.A.T's first album since 2017’s Shine.

After proving his worth with singles like his double-platinum breakout “Worth It” and “Valentine,” YK Osiris looks to further distance himself from the competition with The Golden Child. The 21-year-old Jacksonville, Fla. native’s 15-track debut album features his hit singles, as well as collaborations with Kehlani, Tory Lanez and Ty Dolla $ign. Aside from garnering platinum plaques and touring with the likes of Kevin Gates, the young king became a XXL Freshman in his rookie season.
