On Tuesday night, the NBA had their annual draft lottery to determine the first 14 picks for the 2021 NBA Draft. This year's draft may not include a player from Alabama drafted with a lottery selection like last year with Kira Lewis going 13th overall. I do see a few Bama players being drafted later in the draft and have fits for them with lottery teams.

#1 Detroit Pistons- G Cade Cunningham/Oklahoma St. Cade has been mocked as the first overall pick since his senior year in high school and has earned this ranking with a stellar freshman year at Oklahoma St. He's a big combo guard with the potential to play some time at the three. The Pistons also have a need at center. They could go with Evan Mobley and add depth at G with Alabama sophomore  Joshua Primo at the top of the second round.

#2 Houston Rockets- PG Jalen Suggs/Gonzaga

Jalen Green from the Ignite of the G-League will get some consideration and may even be the pick here, but the Rockets should go with the tough, play-making PG for the Zags, Jalen Suggs. With John Wall on a expensive and expiring deal, Houston should look to replace him with Suggs. He is defensive-minded, pass-first point guard with some scoring capability and good intangibles. To add scoring late in the draft, the Rockets could look at Alabama senior guard John Petty, who's style of play translates better to the NBA.

#3 Cleveland Cavaliers- SG Jalen Green/G-League Ignite

If the Rockets does go with Suggs or another player not named Jalen Green, the Cavs should run to the podium to pick Jalen Green. Green is a bonafide scorer who will give Collin Sexton a running mate who can score just as well as he can. If they want to add a more defensive minded wing who can guard every position, they could go with former SEC Player and  Defensive Player of the Year, Herbert Jones later in the draft.

#4 Toronto Raptors- C Evan Mobley/USC

In this mock, I have Evan Mobley falling in the Raptors' lap. They have been searching a star center since losing Marc Gasol, Serge Ibaka, and Jonas Valanciunas through free agency and trades. Insert Mobley into a young core that already that features Fred VanVleet, OG Anunoby, and Pascal Siakam and have one of the best young starting fives in the league. If they lose Kyle Lowry, they could make VanVleet to the starting PG permanently and draft a player like Jaden Shackleford to the backup point.

#5 Orlando Magic- PF Scottie Barnes/Florida St.

The Orlando Magic draft a low post presence from not too far from in FSU's Scottie Barnes. He pairs nicely with Johnaton Issac and Mo Bamba in the frontcourt and gives Markelle Fultz and Cole Anthony a extra pick and roll partner.

#6 Oklahoma City Thunder- SF Jonathan Kuminga/ G-League Ignite

Jonathan Kuminga played with Jalen Green, but didn't play second fiddle to him. He can really go out and get his. Kuminga is a long wing defender who can shoot the basketball. The Thunder would love to pair him with fellow cornerstone piece, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander.

#7 Golden State Warriors- SF Franz Wagner/ Michigan

With the No 7 pick the Warriors add more shooting with SF from Michigan Franz Wagner. Wagner will back up Kelly Oubre or Andrew Wiggins once Klay Thompson returns and could see quality minutes.

#8 Orlando Magic- G Davion Mitchell/Baylor

Magic adds a winner in Davion Mitchell from the national champion Baylor University. Mitchell may replace Markelle Fultz if they can retain him in free agency. He will step right alongside Cole Anthony and potentially Scottie Barnes as future pieces to make Orlando a contender.

#9 Sacramento Kings- PF Jalen Johnson/Duke

Jalen Johnson opted out half through the season for this moment. Johnson was considered a potential Top 10 selection as a senior in high school. He's a rim running big who can create space with a elite mid range game.

#10 New Orleans Pelicans- SG Keon Johnson/Tennessee

Pelicans add a three and D wing in Tennessee's Keon Johnson. Johnson started the season off slow but the second half of the season was his. He improved leaps and bounds from the time he stepped on campus. He will only add to a team that will be looking to get over the playoff hump next season.

#11 Charlotte Hornets- C Kai Jones/Duke

#12 San Antonio Spurs-SG/SF Moses Moody

#13 Indiana Pacers- SG James Bouknight

#14 Golden State Warriors- SF Corey Kispert
