2024 West Alabama Food & Wine Festival Early Bird Tickets On Sale
The 2024 West Alabama Food and Wine Festival returns to Downtown Northport on Sunday, April 21, promising another evening of culinary delights and charitable giving.
Following the resounding success of last year's event, which raised a staggering $40,000 for the West Alabama Food Bank (WAFB), organizers are gearing up for an even more triumphant affair.
Brandon Tribble, co-chair of the festival and owner of Avenue Pub and Central Mesa, expressed his anticipation for this year's gathering. "Last year’s event was a huge success in Downtown Northport because it allowed us to cater to a much larger crowd and get great exposure for the West Alabama Food Bank," Tribble remarked. "We expect to have a great crowd again this year and raise even more money for our beneficiaries."
In addition to supporting the WAFB, this year's festival will also extend its charitable reach to Turning Point, the second-oldest domestic violence shelter in Alabama. Debbie Puckett, co-chair of the festival and realtor for Keller-Williams, highlighted the importance of these organizations' missions. "Turning Point, a beacon of hope for survivors of domestic violence, empowers individuals to break free from the cycle of abuse, nurturing healing, and fostering long-lasting change," Puckett stated.
"Meanwhile, West Alabama Food Bank serves as a lifeline, providing sustenance to families facing food insecurity, ensuring that no one in our community goes to bed hungry."
Since its inception in 2013, the festival has raised over $150,000 for nonprofits in West Alabama. Tickets for the event are now available, with Early Bird discounts offered until March 31. VIP options are also available for those seeking an elevated experience. Attendees must be 21 or older, with valid identification required for entry.
Don't miss out on this opportunity to indulge in exquisite cuisine and fine wines while supporting vital causes in the community. Secure your tickets today at www.westalabamafoodandwine.org and join us for an unforgettable evening in Downtown Northport.
