In a recent press release, the ADPH is asking residents who have had COVID-19 in the past to complete a survey. This quick survey takes 5-10 minutes and is completely confidential. The purpose of ADPH's survey is to learn more about the spread of COVID-19 and help efforts with contact tracing.
