Derrick Henry Posts Insane Workout Video
Derrick Henry has made a career out of making defenders look inferior. From the high school level, to college and now in the NFL. The 6-foot-3, 240 pound running back has a physically imposing frame for his position and an even scarier work ethic.
In a recent video, Henry was seen doing pushups with a chain around his neck on a yoga ball while gripping a resistance band.
The former Heisman trophy winner rushed for a career-high 2,027 rushing yards and 17 touchdowns last season. Henry became the eighth player in NFL history to rush for over 2,000 yards in a single season. He brought home NFL Offensive Player of the Year and First-Team All Pro honors in 2020.
Henry has seen his rushing yards go up each of the the last three seasons. He has accumulated 4,626 rushing yards and scored 45 touchdowns in that span.
Henry has rushed for 875 more yards than the next closest running back over the last two seasons. In 2019, he became the first player in NFL history with at least 180 rushing yards in three straight games.
The Titans running back is showing no signs of slowing down after back-to-back rushing titles.
