2nd and 26: The infamous 2nd and 26 lives rent free in Alabama and Georgia fans heads as it gave Alabama the National Championship win in overtime over their East rivals back in 2018. Little did we know, just how important that freshman who made the catch would become in Alabama history.

The one-handed catch vs LSU in 2020: Although the rivalry was not as tight in this game as previous ones, the Alabama vs LSU game in 2020 was incredibly important, as it sealed the Heisman case for DeVonta Smith. Most professionals and fans knew he would be up there but the insane one-handed catch in this game, put him as the frontrunner to his future Heisman Trophy.

Alabama vs. Ole Miss 2019: This game had to make the cut as a whole. Devonta Smith received 274 yards and five touchdowns, an absolute record breaking game. According to Bleacher Reports article on the game, "Alabama wide receiver DeVonta Smith broke Alabama's single-game receiving touchdown and yardage marks."

National Championship vs Ohio State 2021: Putting another full half onto the list because one play would just not cover it. In his last game with the Tide, Smith caught for 215 yards in 12 receptions and had three touchdowns in the first half to help secure Alabama the National Championship win over Ohio State this past season. Smith won Offensive MVP of the game and broke seven CFP records which you can read up on here.

Punt Return vs Arkansas 2020: A blowout game versus Arkansas is nothing new; however, what's special about this is it not only helped Smith's Heisman case, but it was his only career punt return TD, which is why I think it is so special. In his career at UA, he had 11 punt returns for 237 yards and this touchdown; Also had four kickoff returns for 52 yards, all coming in the 2020 season.

SEC Championship Game Winner 2020: Alabama fans know well that it only takes a second for the outcome of a game to change. They also know the fight it takes to get into the CFP with one loss, especially in a season where multiple teams could have made it with a loss or two. Alabama was only up by seven with five minutes left to go in the game, plenty of time for a momentum shift for Florida, until this 15 yard touchdown pass to virtually seal the game, keep Alabama's undefeated record, have a unanimous spot in the CFP, and continue to help Smith's Heisman case.
