Does Putting Christmas Decorations Up Early Make You Happier?

How early is too early to put up Christmas decorations or even think about the holiday? 

Next to Thanksgiving, the 25th of December which is Christmas day has been my second favorite holiday, but putting up Christmas decorations early is totally unnecessary if you ask me. 

I usually don’t think about the Christmas holiday until after Halloween, but according to Good Housekeeping putting up holiday decorations early could cause you to be happier. 

The way 2020 has been a roller coaster of a year with COVID-19 many found that putting up holiday decorations gave them a sense of hope because you tend to have a softer spirit around the Christmas holiday.

Also, when you think of Christmas you have those flashbacks of the nostalgia of happier times when we were children and things seemed to be peaceful as family and friends came together in spite of what's currently going on with our surroundings.

So, the question is are you putting your Christmas decorations up early or wait until we are closer to the holiday season?

As for me I'll focus on Christmas after Halloween.
