Montana Fouts and Bailey Hemphill can add another accomplishment to their softball careers: WCWS All-Tournament Team.

Both had a stellar run in the Women's College World Series(WCWS), making their spots on the tournament team well deserved. Hemphill averaged .500 in each in the WCWS games with two HR's and five RBI's, making her season stats .422/14/57. She also had a season high of putouts, 16, in the first WCWS game against Arizona.

Fouts played in three games during the WCWS, possessing a 1.00 ERA during the win against Arizona, a 15.75 ERA in the loss to Florida State and the 0.00 ERA in her perfect game against UCLA, the fifth time in WCWS history. This is the second time making the WCWS All-Tournament Team for both players, having made it in 2019 as well.

This dynamic duo has seen many achievements this season, so to add an extra one is not surprising. Fouts was named: SEC co-Pitcher of the Year, SEC Tournament MVP, First Team All-SEC, NFCA All American Team and USA Softball Collegiate Player of the Year Finalist. Hemphill was the UA all-time leader in homeruns and walks this season, second most RBI's in a season in UA history, SEC Player of the Year, NFCA All-American Team and First Team All-SEC.

Fouts and Hemphill are two of the 12 players to make up the team. Six of the 12 players come from the current WCWS Champions, the Oklahoma Sooners.

Alabama softball team, also known as Team 25, lost in Game Three of the WCWS semi-finals to Florida State on Monday evening.
