The Tuscaloosa City Council granted licenses to sell alcohol at two more University of Alabama athletic venues Tuesday night.

Bloodworth, a native of Cordele, Ga., will have three years of eligibility remaining for the Pokes. As a freshman she started in 45 games and appeared in 48 total while batting .292 with 30 RBIs and seven homeruns. As an infielder she had a .976 fielding percentage and only had three errors.

The Trussville, Alabama native makes her transfer from the Tide official after one season.

Fouts announced at the end of May that she would be returning to the Crimson Tide to play her super senior year along with Ashley Prange and Ally Shipman. Team 27 added Emma Broadfoot to the roster as Murphy is scouring the transfer portal for more talent.

The Crimson Tide softball team saw two more players enter the transfer portal, bringing the total number to four in just a week.

The top-8 seed for the Tide guarantees Alabama an opportunity to host a Super Regional in the following week should the Crimson Tide advance out of the regional.

SEC Tournament games on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday will all be televised on the SEC Network. The event will make a jump to ESPN2 on Friday and Saturday to feature the semifinals and championship game.

The game was set to be played on April 6th in Albertville, Alabama.
