Future has been named in another paternity case.

According to court documents XXL obtained on Tuesday (Oct. 22), a woman named Cindy Renae Parker has filed legal documents in Texas claiming that the reported dad-of-six is the father of her son, Legend Ary Wilburn. The docs indicate that Future has yet to be served for the case.

TMZ reports their sources say the rapper agreed to take a paternity test but has gone silent since agreeing. Parker, whose son Legend is said to be 3 months old, reportedly maintains that the court's involvement was a last resort option and that she preferred to handle the matter amicably. Future will reportedly be served in his home state of Georgia since he is constantly on the go.

Parker is one of two women claiming to have recently given birth to a child belonging to Future Hendrix. Nearly two months ago, a Florida woman named Eliza Seraphin claimed that Future was the father of a baby girl born in April. While it's unknown whether Future has taken a paternity test for Seraphin, the bio section of her Instagram page appears to suggest he hasn't. Seraphin has the phrase "just take the test" written in the portion of her IG profile just below her picture, so it appears she's suggesting that he hasn't.

According to reports, Future has six children by six different women, one of which is R&B singer Ciara. Ciara gave birth to their son Future in 2014. If Parker and Seraphin ever confirm Future as the father, the rapper will be acknowledged as the father of eight at the age of 35.

Future has yet to explicitly address the matter of his alleged paternity of Parker and Seraphin's children. XXL has reached out to his camp for comment.
