Alabama Players Make A Special Video For The CFP Committee
The Alabama football team finished the 2022-23 regular-season in unfamiliar territory. The Crimson Tide currently sits on the outside looking in at No. 6, with no chance to improve its playoff resume with a conference championship this weekend.
Alabama's best chance to make the playoff now relies on Utah defeating USC and Kansas State earning a big win over TCU.
Morale may be low for some in Tuscaloosa, but a video posted on TikTok showcased some Alabama football players having fun, while also "stating their case" to the College Football Playoff Committee.
In the video, Terrion Arnold made a short remix to the song "Yamz," by Masego and Devin Morrison.
"This is my message to the college football playoffs," said Arnold in a voice filter. "Can ya'll please let us in?"
Arnold panned the camera to Jordan Battle who joined in and said, "can ya'll please let us in."
"Cause I got a point to prove," continued Arnold.
"And we got a point to prove," echoed Battle.
Arnold then panned the camera over to Bryce Young and said, "and he has a point to prove."
The Heisman-winning quarterback looked up at the camera and let out a chuckle as the video concluded.
Will Alabama be able to prove that point in the 2022-23 College Football Playoff?
Keep an eye on all of the action this weekend to see if a playoff appearance is possible for the Crimson Tide.
