Week three is upon us, and boy is the season already zooming by. The games this week are not as Bama heavy but here are the three games to look for Bama players being elite.

Eagles vs. Saints (Sun. Noon):

Jalen Hurts (Eagles) - The Saints look to be a really good team and a tough NFC matchup for the Eagles. Jalen looks to bounce back from a loss against the Falcons by getting a big win in New Orleans. This defense for the Saints has a really good secondary and if AJ Brown is out again this week, then look for some more passing game struggles from the Eagles. If Smitty can reliably get open then they will be able to do some damage. Look for a reliance on the run game from Jalen too in this matchup.

DeVonta Smith (Eagles) - With AJ Brown possibly out again, Smitty will be the feature receiver for this game. Most likely to be shadowed by Lattimore, who could be out of this game too, Smitty could have a hard time finding space. This is a very good secondary defense, meaning Smitty will have to fight hard to get open.

Kool-Aid McKinstry (Saints) - Playing a good amount last week against the Cowgirls, he was much needed as Lattimore was out. Look for Kool-Aid to play a good amount in this game possibly running coverage against Smitty for some plays. A good Bama-on-Bama matchup to watch this week for sure.

Packers vs. Titans (Sun. Noon):

Josh Jacobs (Packers) - With Jordan Love still out for a few more weeks, expect Josh's usage to continue to be at the 25-30 carries a game. Coming off a 32-carry game last week with over 150 yards, expect another efficient high-involvement game from him.

Calvin Ridley (Titans) - Officially second-year QB Will Levis's go-to target. With a good game last week where Ridley had four catches and two touchdowns, (One of them off a sweep), expect his production to continue as he is the main reliable skill player in this offense. Facing a crippled Packers team, this is a prime matchup for Calvin to produce.

Lions vs. Cardinals (Sun. 3:25):

Jahmyr Gibbs (Lions) - Coming off a good game performance last week, expect his play this week to continue to be on a high level. What looks like a high-scoring game with two great offenses, expect Gibbs to have plenty of snaps and opportunities to shine, especially against a good but mediocre defense.

Jameson Williams (Lions) - The deep target and downfield chain moving role is officially his. with double-digit targets last week, he should hit that same stride this week. Watch for big plays to be made by him in this matchup. Don't be surprised if he has a multi-touchdown game here either.

Mack Wilson (Cardinals) - Mack is back on the field. He is a leader for this defense and one that helps call the defensive plays. A good matchup for him to get a ton of tackles and play. Watch him disrupt plays as he usually does.

Those are the big games to watch this week from Bama alums, and is some Bama on Bama play too. Check back Tuesday for the week three recap, and as always, Roll Tide!
