WWE Unveils Custom Title Belt for College Programs
The WWE is preparing to launch custom championship belts for several top college programs from the SEC, Big 10, Big 12 and ACC.
Alabama was listed as one of the recipients of this championship belt.
According to ESPN's Pete Thamel, these programs include Georgia, Texas, Michigan, Ohio State, Notre Dame, and LSU.
Other schools involved include Colorado, West Virginia, Penn State, North Carolina, Michigan State, Nebraska, Florida State, Florida, Tennessee, Miami, Oregon, and Kentucky.

Last season, WWE teamed up with the Big 12 Conference for the Big 12 Championship game. WWE Legend, the Undertaker, presented Texas with a custom Big 12-themed championship belt on the victory stage.
WWE superstars like Sheamus, Drew McIntyre, and Jade Cargill were on hand for the event.
WWE Superstar and current ambassador Titus O'Neil handed a belt to the Michigan Wolverines for their victory over the Washington Huskies in the College Football Playoff National Championship Game.
WWE previously created custom championship belts for teams that won the Super Bowl and World Series. This inspired WWE to sell NFL and MLB titles on its website.
The belts, available for $549.99 each, are sold on WWE Fanatics, WWE Shop, MLB, and NFL Shop.
The WWE's collegiate legacy title belts will be showcased at Fanatics Fest NYC from August 16-18 at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York City.
Alabama opens its 2024 season on Aug. 31 at home against Western Kentucky. The Crimson Tide will play its first season without former head coach Nick Saban since 2007.
