Top Local Recruit Expresses His Thoughts on UA Offer
The process Nick Saban talked about when he first came to the University of Alabama still continues. He's is looking towards the future making an offer to Thompson freshman QB Trent Seaborn.
Seaborn led the Warriors to a 7v7 tournament championship in Tuscaloosa. He spoke on receiving not one but 10 division 1 offers recently.
“Offers are great, but I know that if I don’t put in the work and get better," Seaborn said. "Those offers will disappear when it’s time for them to become committable.”
When asked how he felt about the Alabama football program as a whole, Trent said, "It’s a program that’s built on hard work, discipline, commitment, and accountability. I think these are all values that you need in order to achieve greatness, and that’s what I’m striving for.”
The Thompson QB is looking forward to building a relationship with the football program.
“I’m really excited to get to know Coach Saban better and continuing to build a relationship with Coach Rees and the rest of the staff,”
Trent led the Thompson Warriors to a 7A state championship when he was only in the eighth grade with a five-touchdown performance. He is noted for his maturity on and off the gridiron
