My Live Nativity Experience In Northport

For the holiday season, I've been doing a lot of different things with my family. I feel like, after this, my "family man" level has increased by a lot! Lol!

To kick off the week, a local church, the Remnant Worship Center of Tuscaloosa, hosted a Drive-Thru Live Nativity. This is something that I talked about on the radio but honestly didn't plan on attending. I've seen Nativity scenes in movies and shows but never seen a live one. Leading up to this, I had no idea what to expect but it was so beautiful to see!

At first, I drove up and didn't know to turn my headlights off. They had the whole pathway lit up with little lights so you didn't need your headlights on. As soon as we pulled up, we were greeted by a man who was in character and set the scene for what we would see along the pathway.

Overall, I actually enjoyed the live Nativity drive-thru! There were angels singing, real goats, a bonfire with the three wise men, and even FREE hot chocolate.

Thanks to the Remnant Worship Center of Tuscaloosa for doing this event. It was a great way to bring the Christmas spirit into this new world of COVID-19.

Whatever your plans are for the Christmas holiday, I hope that you're safe, and you're letting all of your loved ones know how much they mean to you. If COVID-19 has taught us anything, it's that you never know what the future may bring so we have to cherish the time we have.
